Ellen Marie Neusch, 71 of Panhandle, passed away June 15, 2025.
Rosary will be said a 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at St. Mary’s Catholic Cathedral, located at 1200 Washington in Amarillo. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at St. Mary’s Catholic Cathedral. Inurnment will be St. Francis Cemetery. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.
Ellen was born on March 1, 1954, in Amarillo, to JoNell and Chuck Webber. She married Gary Neusch on Aug. 29, 1975, at St. Francis Catholic Church. Ellen enjoyed cross-stitching, embroidery, sewing and making Christmas ornaments for her children and grandchildren. She was always their #1 fan! She never missed an opportunity to support her children and grandchildren in their endeavors.
Ellen is survived by her husband Gary Neusch; children, Fr. Tony Neusch of Amarillo, Katy and husband Matt Trimmer of Paola, Kan., Joey Neusch and wife Aimee of Amarillo, and Laura Bridgman of Panhandle; siblings, Kathy and Roy Pepper of Amarillo, Kurt Webber and wife Diane of Peoria, Ariz., and Patti and husband Jeff McKnight of Amarillo; grandchildren, Garret Trimmer (Emily Gamblin), Jacey Neusch, Tatumn Trimmer, Conrad Bridgman, and Liam Neusch; great-granddaughter, Sadie Trimmer; and many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family is very appreciative of the care Ellen received from Dr. Joshua Kilgore and the staff at Texas Oncology, Interim Healthcare and Hospice, and Deana Hileman as she was treated for Ovarian Cancer the last few years.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Panhandle Cancer Care Foundation or the Diocese of Amarillo Seminary Burse.
