Carson County 4-H’ers welcome new AgriLife Agent

Carson County 4-H families recently hosted a welcome party to meet the new county agent, Sarita Short. Members from Groom, White Deer, and Panhandle gathered at the Panhandle Country Club to welcome Ms. Short to the community.

Originally from Coleman, Texas, Ms. Short earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas Tech University, where she participated in Horse Judging and was a member of the Ranch Horse Team.
