Vicky Kathleen Rose

Vicky Kathleen Rose, 68, of Panhandle, went to be with Jesus on Oct. 29, 2025.

Funeral services were held on Nov. 3, 2025, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel in Amarillo Interment followed in Llano Cemetery with arrangements by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.

Born on Dec. 29, 1956 to Mary and Hollice Lamberson in Amarillo, she married Rogie, the love of her life March 21, 1981, and has sorely missed him since his recent passing. Vicky was a Private Investigator and Bondsman for many years, in Amarillo and the surrounding area. She always made sure her clients were taken care of. She was a San Francisco 49ers fan. And loved to pick fun at anyone who lost against them.

She loved family and friends unconditionally. She was everyone’s “best friend”. You could always come “home” to her house. She opened her door with wide open arms. Feeding all who came with her wonderful cooking, a cup of coffee (even grandbabies) and was best known for her chocolate sheet cake, which she made everyone for their birthdays.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband Rogie Rose; parents, Mary and Hollice Lamberson; and brother, Steve Lamberson.

Survived by her daughter, Crystie Stovall and husband Jaime; son, Cody Rose and special friend Janay; daughter, Holly Rose; special family friend, Kevin Brumley and wife Bridgette; brother, Mike Lamberson and wife Anita; and was “Nana” to Harley (Garrett), Victoria (Devin), Beebo (Baylee), Tacoma (Jordyn), Corrinne, Gabby, Nevaeh (Carter), Lizzy, Kayden, Layla (Ethan), Adalyn, and Alexis; and great “Nana” to Kaisey, Maysn, Oli, Wyatt, Hayes, Maverick, Houston, Serenity, Beckham, Waylon, and two on the way.
