Casey Wayne Sullivan, 48, passed from this life Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025. His Celebration of Life will be from 2 until 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025, at the Dome in Borger.

Cremation is under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. Burial will be at Westlawn Memorial Park.

Casey was born Nov. 17, 1976 in Borger to Sharri (Meek) and Terry Sullivan. He has been a lifetime resident of Borger and loved to travel to the mountains and fish for trout. He loved his family and all kinds of music, he played the guitar and sang, and he loved all sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys.

Casey is survived by his fiancé, Amy Back of Stinnett; his two sons, Branson and Logan Sullivan, both of Borger; his daughters, Winter Back of Borger, Maja Back of Borger, Gracie Back of Canyon, and Xaivery Back of Stinnett; his sister Stacie and her husband Brant Armes of Panhandle; his grandson, Daylen Elrod; his niece, Camryn Armes; his two nephews Carter Armes and his wife Maddie and Caden Armes; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
