Dale Leon Kingham

Dale Leon Kingham, 90, passed away Friday, Aug. 1, 2025.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 4, 2025, at the First Baptist Church of Panhandle with Pastor Josh Light officiating.

In lieu of flowers his memory may be honored with a gift to FBC Building Fund, PO Box 189, Panhandle, Texas 79068.

Dale was born on Oct. 17, 1934, in Sweetwater, Okla., to James Anna Caroline Barns Kingham and Ralph Kingham. He married Corene Carter on Nov, 9, 1952, in New Liberty, Okla. A member of First Baptist Church, Dale served as a Deacon for his beloved church family. He retired from Pantex after 38 plus years of service. Dale loved being outdoors, especially fishing, riding motorcycles and camping. He was an everyday Mr. Fix-it.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Anna Kingham; wife, Corene Kingham; brother, Raymond Kingham; and sisters, Iris Childress, Flossi Weston, Clara Parsons, Donna Luthy, and Beuna Davis.

Survivors include his son, Danny Kingham and wife Tamera of Weston, Colo.; daughter, Debbie and husband Danny Carter of Texline; grandchildren, Heath Kingham and wife Tayler, Quentin Kingham and wife Kim, Nicole and husband Bryan Higgs, Alicia Smith, Eric Carter and wife Amanda; great-grandchildren, Alexia, Bianca, Maya, Renleigh, Brendell, Ashlyn, Clarity, Danielle, Alyssa, Chloe, Dale, Jackson, Kaitlyn, Savannah, Clarabelle, Dexter; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family.
