NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10 a.m. on the Monday next following the expiration of 42 days after the date this citation was issued, a default judgement may be taken against you.”

You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiff’s Original Petition at or before 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the Monday next after the expiration of 42 days after the date of issuance of this citation the same being Monday, March 10, 2025 before the Honorable Dale Rabe, 100th District Court Judge of Carson County, at the Courthouse in said County in Panhandle, Texas. Said Plaintiff’s Petition was filed in said court on the 18th day of December, 2024 in the above entitled cause.

A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows: to-wit:
Plaintiff Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, by and through its attorney of record, Nicole M. Bartee of Codilis & Moody, P.C., 20405 State Highway 249, Suite 170, Houston, Texas 77070, brought suit under Cause No. 13280 in the 100th Judicial District Court of Carson County, Texas for enforcement and foreclosure of Deed of Trust Lien on the following described real property of which Defendants, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF JUSTIN L. GREEN, are potential parties in interest:

SOUTH ½ OF LOT 3 AND ALL OF LOT 4; BLOCK 3; RE-PLAT OF BLOCKS 1, 2, 3, 4. 19, 20, 21, & 22 GARRETSON’S ADDITION, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF PANHANDLE, CARSON COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCOREDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 1/ PAGE 44, PLAT RECORDS OF CARSON COUNTY, TEXAS

Commonly known as 1416 Maple Avenue, Panhandle, Texas 79068 as is more fully shown by Plaintiff’s Petition on file in this suit.
