TO: ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF HELEN RUTH MORGAN THOMPSON

GREETING:

You are hereby commanded to appear before the COUNTY COURT OF CARSON COUNTY, TEXAS at the Courthouse of said County in the City of Panhandle, CARSON COUNTY, TEXAS at or before 10:00 o’clock A.M. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication of this citation by filing a written answer to a petition filed in said Court on 02/18/2026 in Cause No 4092, styled, In the Interest of the estate of HELEN RUTH MORGAN THOMPSON.

A brief statement of the nature of the petition is as follows, to-wit: APPLICATION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY as  is more fully shown by the petition on file in this cause.

The officer executing this process shall promptly execute the same according to law, and make due return as the law directs. If this citation is not served within ninety (90) days after the day of issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
