July 1 Meeting
The Board of Trustees of the Panhandle Independent School District met in special session on July 1 in the Boardroom of the Administration Building.
Members present were Nick Kuehler, Jeromy Adair, Kevin Brinkley, Jason Davis, Zach Robinson, Jim Younger and Nikki Biggs. School personnel present were Heather Kennedy and Jamie Moore.
Jason Davis gave the invocation after the board recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
No one spoke during the public comments/audience participation portion of the meeting.
After consultation with the attorney and deliberation regarding Superintendent employment, the board approved the Voluntary Resignation Agreement with Dr. John Sherrill on the terms presented and authorize the Board President to execute the Agreement on behalf of the District.
There being no further agenda items, the meeting was adjourned at 6:48 p.m. by order of the presiding officer with no voiced objections.
