On January 13, 2025, original Letters Testamentary were issued to me by the Probate Court in Carson County, Texas acting in the Cause No. 4059, styled In the Matter of Estate of Frances McMahan Williams, and in which court the matter is pending. I now hold those Letters Testamentary and administration of the Estate of Frances MacMahan Williams has commenced. All persons having claims against the Estate of Frances McMahan Williams has commenced. All persons having claims against the Estate of Frances McMahan Williams are required to present those claims to me at the address shown below prior to the expiration of the limitations period on the claims, before the estate is closed, and within the time prescribed by law.
