Wood Flying, Inc.

Wood Flying, Inc. was established in 1999 when owner Jody Wood bought the business from Ashby Lewis. It is located at 1255 Carson County Road O, or as the locals say, “Carson County Airport – Hanger 2” in Panhandle.

Wood Flying, Inc. is equipped with two airplanes and two ground rigs. They offer pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, and as certified Pioneer Seed Dealers, they sell cotton, corn and milo seed, among others.

When asked what the hours of operation were, Trish Smith said “Whenever a customer needs us, we’re here! And if we’re not here, we’ll get here!” Pretty good motto for business.
