Memorial service will be 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, 2015, at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Waxahachie with Mr. Charles McCown officiating. Arrangements are by Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Directors of Waxahachie.

She was born July 20, 1949, in Borger, Texas to Franklin Eugene and Jimmie Marie (Nix) Langdon. Lyncia was someone you could rely and depend on for good advice, she was the social hub of the family and kept everyone around her laughing. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She worked many jobs in the Waxahachie area as a secretary/bookkeeper, but most recently worked for Price Waterhouse as a software consultant.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmie and Gene Langdon; husband, J.T. Draper Jr.; and brother, Kevin Turner.

Survivors include three sons, Bryan J. Draper and wife Kim of Novice, Texas, Scott Gregory Hall of Waxahachie and Langdon Eugene Hall of Justin, Texas; six grandchildren, Audrey Foerster, Clay Hall, Delaney Hall, Hally Hall, Tim Shackelford and wife Ashley and Rachel Cushenberry; two great-grandchildren, Zoey and Sebastian Shackelford; one brother, David E. Langdon of Rawlins, Wy.; numerous cousins including Sharon Mae Langdon McKenna of Dunn, S.C., Cheryl and John Poston, Charlotte and Charles McCown, all of Dayton, Texas, Jerry and Kathy Langdon of Needles, Calif., Gene and Debbie Langdon of Newberry Springs, Calif., Joe and Judy Langdon, and Jimmie Paul Langdon, all of Amarillo and Frank and Shaun Langdon Wink of Panhandle; and lots of beloved extended family.
