Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Cox Funeral Home, 4180 Canyon Drive.
Jerry was born Jan. 5, 1936, in Pampa to William and Winnie Slaten. She graduated from Pampa High School before attending Barstow Junior College and Amarillo College. She married Don Moore on Sept. 6, 1953, in Panhandle.
Jerry worked in the accounts payable department of Southwestern Public Service Electrical Co. for many years. She was exceptionally creative, making porcelain dolls and beautiful clothing for her children. Jerry was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Pampa, where she played the organ and piano and volunteered as a Sunday school teacher. She also served as the youth director at First Baptist Church in Barlow, Calif.
Survivors include her husband, Don Moore of Panhandle; three daughters, Marre Seleska of Fort Worth, Kelly Swinney of Dimmitt and Robyn Clark of Panhandle; seven grandchildren, D.J., Kaitlyn, Matthew, Meganne, Alyssa, Jessica and April; and two great-grandchildren, Taylet and Trey.
The family suggests memorials be to Odyssey Health Care, 6900 W. Interstate 40, Suite 150, Amarillo, TX 79106.
