Hall County Grand Jury met on Nov. 14, 2014 and indicted three persons.

Indicted were:
1. Joe Brent Nivens, 2nd degree felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, on Feb. 21, 2014;

2. Jay Lynn Runnels, 3rd degree felony for Assault Family Violence by Choking, on Feb. 21, 2014;

3. Adam Ryan Seymour, 2nd degree felony for Sexual Assault, on June 12, 2014.
