Elizabeth "Beth" Weldon Flowers
1955 - 2022

Surrounded by her family, Elizabeth “Beth” (Weldon) Flowers passed away at her home Monday , Aug. 8, 2022 in Panhandle.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022, at 1 p.m. at Alanreed Cemetery at Alanreed, Texas. Services are entrusted to Brown Funeral Directors, Borger.

The family will welcome friends on Wednesday, Aug. 10, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Brown’s Chapel of the Fountains, located at 206 W. 1st Street in Borger.

She was born Aug. 11, 1955, in Borger, to Adelaide (Meeks) and Olin Jesse Weldon. On June 3, 1982, Tony Flowers and Elizabeth Weldon were married in Panhandle.

Beth was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Elizabeth was a teacher's aide for Panhandle ISD. She led the “Grub Club” at Panhandle High School. They prepared and served meals for persons 55 plus. Tony and Elizabeth enjoyed traveling and going to different casinos.

Preceding her in death were her parents; two sisters, Rita Weldon and Peggy Hestilow; niece, Michelle Goddard; and nephew, Richard Hestilow.

Leaving behind to forever cherish her memory is her husband, Tony; a daughter, Casey and husband, Chad Gerard of Johnson, Kan.; a son, Aaron Flowers and wife Nikki of Pahrump, Nev.; and eight grandchildren, Treyton Gerard, Peyton Patrick, Gracee Beth Gerard, Nolan Gerard, Piper Gerard, Arabella Flowers, Archer Flowers and Liberty Flowers.
