Barbara was born April 23, 1955, in Portales, N.M. to Bobbi Joy (Morgan) and Grady Wendell Best. She fought the good fight, she finished her race and she kept the faith, receiving her complete healing when she entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior the morning of April 7, 2021.

Working side by side with Bob for 41 years, she managed everything from dairy records to feeding baby calves and still managed to keep the household running and find time to use her artistic and sewing talents to create personalized gifts to share with others.

Barbara was an active member of Accelerate Church where she volunteered in the Children’s Ministry and especially loved sharing her time with the babies in the nursery. Barbara was known for her kind and generous heart, always selflessly giving to others. Anyone who spent time in Barbara’s presence experienced her bold testimony of faith.
