Memphis – On Tuesday, June 5, 2012, one plea took place which resulted in the conviction Eddie Joe Ellis.
Luke Inman, the District Attorney for the 100th Judicial District, prosecuted the case for the State of Texas with the Honorable Judge Stuart Messer presiding.
1. Eddie Joe Ellis was convicted of the state jail felony offense burglary of a building. Ellis was convicted and sentenced to two years in the State Jail Division of TDCJ on two counts.
Ellis was indicted by a Hall County Grand Jury on June 29, 2010 on four counts of burglary of a building and one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Pursuant to the plea agreement, Ellis was required to pay $752 in court costs to Hall County and $2,176.83 restitution.
